Provision of Online Classes
The Company offers online classes on social skills. By enrolling in any class, You agree to comply with the class guidelines and respect the Instructor.
All Materials provided during the classes are for personal use only. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the class Materials without prior written consent from the Company.
While the Company aims to help You improve Your social skills, We cannot guarantee specific outcomes for each individual.
Class bookings are made through communication methods provided by the Company. Users will be given contact information or can fill out a form to get in touch for booking purposes.
Class Rescheduling Policy
If You are unable to attend a class You have already paid for, You may reschedule to a different date. To be eligible for rescheduling, You must notify Us at least 48 hours in advance of the original class date. Classes that You are unable to attend are not eligible for refunds.
Classes that You are unable to attend and did not provide sufficient notice for will not be rescheduled. Exceptions may be made in cases of extreme urgency (e.g., accident, illness, or internet issues).
If the Company needs to cancel a class, alternative times for rescheduling will be provided.
There is a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If You are late by more than 15 minutes, the class will be considered a no-show and will not be rescheduled.
Refunds
If the Company cannot reschedule a class within 30 days, You may request a full refund.
If the Instructor does not show up within 15 minutes of the class starting, You can request a full refund or reschedule. This applies only if the Instructor arrives after the 15-minute mark and you choose not to proceed with the class at that time.
These are the only conditions under which a refund will be provided.
Booking and Payment Terms
Bookings for classes can be made through various communication methods such as messaging apps or email, and payments are processed via Stripe. Bookings are only confirmed upon successful payment. All payments must be made in advance.
We offer individual classes and may offer packages of classes. These packages, if offered, may have an expiration date specified at the time of sale. If not specified, the default expiration is one month from the date of purchase.

Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision of these Terms and Your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service or 100 USD if You haven't purchased anything through the Service.
